Bulgarian yogurt making

I personally find Bulgarian yogurt tastier than ice cream, especially if the latter is bought from a grocery. I mean DIY yogurt of milk bought from some neighbour in the village, where I am living.
Both caw milk and sheep one make great yoghurt, and each kind is delicious in a different way. I like caw milk yogurt as sause or dressing for different salads, for egg dishes sometmes, and also for tarator (cold soup). While yogurt made of sheep milk, is just good by itself: it's thick and tasty, and I just cannot stop eating it untitl it's over.
