Third place for Group Bulgaria AA

At the same time, my first thoughts and ambiguous feelings:

It has been deserved for the past two years... And the experts can probably explain why the score/place is correct despite the two serious mistakes... Somebody may think it was kind of compensation to the Bulgarian girls for their underevaluated 3+2... Maybe, also because of the public pressure. Or politics again?

HOWEVER, for the public both judging and scores are already in question. If the girls were evaluated correctly the first time, they might have been less disstressed. When gymnasts believe it is a fair play, they do better, meaning not just the Bulgarian ones (and maybe not the ones who eventually benefit from an unfair play).... We have seen so many contestations today. Beforehand, the Russian individuals got their medals in a similar way not once... So has the Russian group at previous tournaments. There must be something wrong either in the new rules or in judging, or maybe in both, if a performance with serious mistakes can be scored first... Because, at least, it just looses most of its artisitc value for the spectators.

In summary, here, my feelings is also ambiguous similarly to the way I felt during the individual competition... How do you feel?

By the way, if Bulgaria wants to really rival the Russians, with their political RG, they should be perfect in both individuals and groups. Then, these aspirations can be taken seriouslly. In the end, it depends on us again...

P.S. Changing the red colour of their 5 Hoops leotards didn't seem like a good idea to me. ... Neither first showing them at that particular moment....Maybe, they should have chosen something closer to the previous design/colours because it takes time for the public (and probably to judges too) to get used to seeing them with a new image, and distracts from the most important... But I really liked their 3+2 leotards 💜💛❤
