A TV report shows the conditioning of the Bulgarian national RG group at Belmeken sport base in Rila Mountain,, their diet, and more.

Bulgarian rhythmic gymnasts group have just completed their conditioning training at Belmekem alpine sport base. In this TV report, you can see part of their activities, which include regular alpine hiking to Zabcheto (Little Tooth) Peak, special fitness and exercises with difficult to pronounce and remember names (they can be seen in the report though). Ther conditioning trainer Tsvetelina Kirilova talks about the meaning and importance of conditioning for RG and any other sport, reveals some fine points of her specialty, praises the wonderful location and the sport base, as well as the excellent work done by the rhythmic gymnasts there.

We are let to glance at their diet too: Mrs. Kirilova lists what is included in their usual meal, eg salad, soup, main dish, and dessert. As she assures us, they haven't been deprived of any kind of food during their physically intensive stay at Belmeken, and she illustrates it with the fact, they have eaten 13 jars of honey for 18 days. ) We are also allowed to literally look at some particular dishes being served , which the public could see for the very first time.

The girls themselves seem happy and satisfied, as the team captain Simona Dyankova says that this time again, after their last year's stay, they don't want to leave Belmeken.
